Pavillon Arnaud 2008 Minervois. Raspberry, herbes de provençe and blackberry dominate the nose of this southern French wine. Made from a blend of Syrah and Mourvèdre, it’s a great accompaniment to quail, squab or other game bird. Says the LDB. Good price too at $13.99.
